Shipping Policy
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kate's Fashion Boulevard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Kate's Fashion Boulevard is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States. For international shipping, special arrangements need to be made. Please contact us for more details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Welcome to Kate's Fashion Boulevard! We strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. While we do not offer returns, we are pleased to offer exchanges under the following conditions.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to complete your exchange.
Shipping for Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
